This is a definite HARD TO FIND item and can be pricey - especially if you buy the complete set in good condition. If your interest is more for the info provided rather than owning a collectors set buying incomplete sets till you finally have the complete set - plus a few extra lessons- is a good strategy. The first 6 lessons are primarily body weight exercises - calisthenics and dynamic resistance ( pitting muscle against muscle - also known as self resistance as well as many other terms) - along with using common items such as books for exercising tools. Lesson 7 is done with dum bells. All lessons have much additional info for health and fitness to go along with the exercises. One is instructed to do each lesson for one week then drop the exercises in that lesson entirely and replace them with the exercises from the new lesson. I will cover each lesson in detail in future posts but my primary feeling in this course is that tho the exercises are very similar to other well known muscle building courses the strategy for using them vary. The exercises in each lesson cover the entire body- not 1 to several body parts as in the Charles Atlas Course. Actually, each lesson has the basic feel of the Charles Atlas Perpetual Lesson #13.
